When did you discover your calling?

I've seen the Sisters at the Red Dress Party, but wasn't sure who they were. Then I met Sister Dixie Rupt and she invited me to a General Meeting. I fell in love with their mission statement and knew that I could make a contribution.

Why did you join?

I'm totally in love with Portland and being with the Sisters has opened my eyes to a whole new aspect of the GLBT Community. I love making people feel good; making them laugh and smile. Being a Sister is an opportunity to give back to a community that I love!

Goals and aspirations?

My goals in 2009 was to raise a buttload of money; that is still the case, but I also want to focus more on the "feel good" aspect of being a Sister. I want to pour Poonani love wherever I go!
